GIPPSLAND PINOT NOIR

TWO BOTTLE LIMIT PER ORDER

Unmistakably Gippsland, this Pinot is earthy with a delicate dark cherry profile. Made with grapes handpicked at the Lightfoot family's Myrtle Point Vineyard, a site producing wines of elegance with fruit profiling as delicate and aromatically expressive.

Handcrafted by three winemaking mates of North East Victoria, the shared vision was to craft a wine of structure and a degree of intensity. A small number of whole bunches and stems were included in ferments, with wine maturing in French oak for 16 months, 15% new.

750ml, Alc 13.4%.

PRC is a collaboration of three great wine mates of North East Victoria. It stands for wines co-crafted by Pete Graham (Domenica, Beechworth), Rowly Milhinch (Scion, Rutherglen) and Chris Catlow (Sentio, Beechworth).

1. Handpicked fruit from the same row of vines is divided among three winemakers.

2. Each parcel is made independently and intuitively in each of our small wineries.

3. A year later we come back together to blend the resulting barrels, creating a finished wine.
