Awarded a highly coveted chef’s hat in the SMH Good Food Guide 2017, Temporada is a partnership between Ben Willis of Aubergine Restaurant and his sous chef, Chris Darragh (who runs the kitchen).
Meaning "best of the season" in Spanish, Temporada (while not a Spanish restaurant) reflects the Spanish way of thinking, cooking and eating that Ben and Chris wanted to bring into the space. The menu changes regularly and focuses on organic produce from local growers and super fresh seafood like oysters, clams, mussels, with plenty of things coming off a wood grill.
